Due to numerous no shows, we require a  credit card number to secure your appointment. To reduce credit card fraud, we will request your credit card information only over a secured telephone line at the time of booking your appointment. If we do not receive 24 hours notice of a cancellation you will be charged $15.00 for the missed appointment. Due to our popularity, every appointment is valuable and we need adequate notice to fill your spot.

Clients on packages that do not give a 24 hour notice to cancel appointment will forfeit their appointment.
